Army Wives 3/18 Spoilers

Roxy was a little annoying last week but I think she redemmed herself this week. I liked that she faced her mistake rather than hide from it.

Glad Roland agreed to do the counseling group, even though I wonder if its going to come back and bite him in the a#4. Between his schedule and the run-ins that the director has with his wife, it should be interesting.

Loved seeing Craig Morgan on there. The whole Jackie/Claudia Joy story line should heat up next week. Hopefully Susan Lucci can work her magic, although I just can't see CJ playing dirty.

Re: Army Wives 3/18 Spoilers

  • Roxy still sucks.  I can see your bra, and you're in Denise's kitchen.  Cover up, woman.

And this whole "I'm just so new to the army I don't know a thing" schtick is old.  There's no way, unless she's dumber than rocks, she didn't know that o5 = lt cl after all that time living on post, having friends of all ranks.  No way.

    Agreed. I'm over Roxy.

I'm hoping Susan Lucci sticks around. I love her!

Something about Charlie I don't like, though I am happy Roland decided to run the counseling group.

agree with this 110% and i am betting the whole "i know CJ" thing she pulled to get the better house is going to bite her in the ass somehow too. she annoys me.

Ditto re Roxy, she's been around too long to not know this stuff and as far as the potato salad going bad, well I was watching the TV thinking, "that potato salad is gonna go bad sitting out like that all day".

As for Roland working at the youth center, I see him and Charlie having something going on the side. I won't like it if the writers do that but they are introducing clues as to this happening. Charlie is suddenly a major character, he's mentioned that his wife's always so busy with getting the new people settled and of course the one huge clue that a show is going to introduce a romantic connection is that the two of them are very different and don't seem to like each other much (well, at least on his part).

The CJ story line is good though, I like that they are giving her some confrontation. I can so totally see her bringing it with Jackie because ultimately if she feels that her position and especially her husband's (well deserved) position is being threatened, she won't let good manners get in the way. Remember how she took care of that other chick a few seasons ago who tried to take over by spreading the rumors about her car accident in college.

This is the best part of the show right now. I like that there is some drama coming from an outside person, challenging CJ. I can't wait to see her fight. I wish she hadn't been quite so mopey in this episode though.

  • i think i'm the only one that is very "meh" about this entire season. if i continue watching the entire way through the season i will be surprised. something about it has lost it's novelty to me.
Thanks to our wonderful RE our family is complete!
