I have chicken marinating in a yogurt marinade to throw on the grill (gorgeous weather here!), and I have carrots to use up so I think I'll roast them. And a simple spinach salad with tomatoes and feta -- also have spinach to use up.
My frig is full of produce because the sales were good and I got carried away. So it's all about what's in the frig.
