Any NJ ladies here...planting ?
I am just curious when you guys r going to do your planting? It is geting nicer but worried that we might get a couple more cold days. I have some seeds i need to plant but i have to wait until after the last frost. When do you think it will be safe?
Thanks
Re: Any NJ ladies here...planting ?
It's been so nice there's almost an expectation that it's going to stay this way. That said, I planted pansies this weekend but they are cold tolerant so I am ok. I'd be afraid to plant anything more for at least the next 4 weeks. I'm half expecting a freak snowstorm on Easter like we had on Halloween!
Also, I guess it depends on where you are in NJ as the northwest can be quite different than the shore or south.
I took a risk and planted my peas this weekend. I'm in NNJ.
Also, my mint, oregano & majoram are coming up now.
