Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just logged on for the first time in what seems like weeks and saw your PM. I am soooo happy to say that last Tuesday I started a new (more senior) posititon with a firm that I used to work at. When I gave my notice to the "new" place, I offered them 3 weeks since it's a unique niche firm and the 2-week mark would have been right in the middle of a super busy cycle. I was told thanks but no thanks, and that I could leave immediately. The head attorney then followed up with an email to me later that night telling me how "stupid you are for leaving", etc. Needless to say, that email was the icing on the miserable cake that was that firm, and just confirmed my belief that I needed to get out of that environment asap!! Now I'm back with a great firm, co-workers I enjoy, and more responsibilities to boot. I really can't thank you enough for your encouragement!!!
