My office is very casual as well, there are some ladies in here that I have not seen in anything other than jeans and tennis shoes, but I still dress up anyway because I enjoy it and have the clothes. I'm not the only one who does, but it is nice to just wear jeans and sandals even on Mon or Wed if I want to since it's all good. It's definitely nice to have a flexible dress code!!
