I was part of "The Knot", never realized there was "The Nest", and went directly to "The Bump"... Since "The Bump" and I are no longer friends, I stated looking around here. Even thought I'm 2.5 years late, can I join you ladies?
Here's a little about me... My name is Tamara, I'm 28 years old, and live in LI. I married my love in September 2009 and we were fortunate enough to buy our very 1st home in November 2010. As you can tell from my siggy, our TTC experience has been nothing but a nightmare and our marriage has survived places we never dreamed were possible with the loss of our baby boys.
So, that's me in a nutshell.... Looking forward to posting!

So sorry you've had such a terrible TTC journey. There are definitely some girls here who can relate, and who can be a great support system for you. (and even those of us who can't relate are still here to support.)
Sometimes it gets a little slow around here, but feel free to join in at any time! We're always trying to drum up some conversation around here.
Hi! My name is Emily. I married Matt on the 14th, we had our son Jesse last November (on the 14th). I live on the beach, in OBX, NC, but we are moving back to DC in the fall! I've been mostly lurking lately since Jesse takes up so much of my time, but I pop in when I can. I'm starting my own photography business, i love food, cooking, music, reading, I use exclamation marks way too often and usually look on the bright side.
Its nice to see new faces. We are a great support group and are usually good for random questions since you'll usually get a wide variety of answers.

I'm Alisha, DH is Ryan. We were married 09/19/09, we've been together now for 10+ years. We bought our first home in May 2010 and have been TTC since July 2011 but having some trouble as well. We have our pups and we also have 2 cats

Welcome! I am so sorry for your losses. That had to be very tough. We discovered a missed miscarriage at around 10 weeks in the beginning of January after already seeing the heartbeat twice. It was a very painful experience.

My name is Sarah, I married Zach on 9/18/09 and we live in Central VA. I SAH and am currently pregnant with our first. My husband is an electrician. I like to decorate cakes, read, play piano and I used to work in the optical field.
We didn't have it near as bad as most on here TTC, but it did take us about 15 months. So I can understand a LITTLE of the pain that goes along with it. I'm so sorry for your losses and your struggle. I think you will find this board is very supportive in that way.
I don't post a lot, but try to do so occasionally! I had another account, but needed to get a new one, thus the really low post count. But welcome to the board!

Thats really funny, both my H and I were born and raised in mahopac and moved out for college.
I loved it there and miss it terribly! My husband is a Long Islander and we bought his childhood home. It was a deal we couldn't refuse. Once the market turns around, we plan on moving back north. I can't wait! My commute now is horrible.

I just turned 31, married MH (just kidding, MB) on 9/5/09, and we had our first baby on 6/4/11. He works in corporate real estate, and I work in advertising compliance. I used to run marathons, I'm currently obsessed with peanut-butter filled dates filled and I secretly love Richard Marx. #random

I'm Susan (28) and married to Andy (31) on 9/26. We're from the Madison, WI area. Andy works for a monster HVAC company as a area manager and he travels a lot. I work in the manufacturing department for a HVAC manufacturer. Thankfully, Andy and I are not each other's competition! We have two furbabies and no children (maybe TTC later this year).
When I'm not working, I am trying to whip myself into shape. I do both Zumba and yoga twice a week. I also take pole dancing classes occasionally. I also try to come up with ideas on how to stop our neighbor's dogs from using our yard as a toilet. So far, nothing is working. If you have suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Talking to the neighbors directly hasn't worked because they are lazy.
I don't get to post often because work has blocked TN and I don't want to be playing on my phone all day

I'm Natalie, 27 and DH is 32. We have an 11 month old (see siggy) and a cat named Conan (because he's orange and DH is a huge fan of Conan O'Brien). I am currently a SAHM but looking to go back to work sometime soon. DH works for some crazy company that designs 3D traffic maps for TV stations across the country.

I'm "Nunu" (won't use my full name because it is too youneek and Google finds the posts). I'm 29 (groan) and I got married to Eddie (hence the sn), 31, on 9/5/09. We have a pug named Big Boss who turns two today (!!) and a son named Adrian who turns one in three weeks (!!!!).
We live in Pittsburgh, PA. I work in Marketing/Graphic Design/Advertising for a Special-Ed School and DH works as a User Interface Designer/3-D Artist for a large software company out of CA (so he travels about 4x year).
I don't get to post that often anymore. Usually just in BR posts. And I might correct your grammar/spelling once or twice if I'm in a biitchy mood. You have been forewarned.
