Chicken breasts and broccoli - quick&easy what to make?
Trying to eat down the refrigerator as we're leaving for vacation on Saturday.
I have most staples, rice, chicken broth, I think I have a box of CoC, pasta, etc.
Something one dish and quick as we're busy in the evenings getting stuff ready to go.

One pot chicken with rice and broccoli - simple and you can season it any way you'd like. In this link I used Asian flavors.
