Is Birchbox worth it?

I got my invite this morning and am trying to decide if I want to join or not.  I know I've seen some bad reviews for programs similiar to this, but don't remember what people thought about Birchbox in particular.

I'm just the kind of person who would rather put that money toward full size products that I know I like. It's more about your personality and how you spend, I think.

I wasn't crazy about the items that I got and did not feel that they were worth the $10.  I signed up for Glambag and haven't used one product that I've gotten from them in the last 2 bags.  I used more products from Birchbox.

IMO, neither one of them are worth it to me.

I actually really love it! I get to try things I normally wouldn't want to pay full price to try plus you get some great full size items too. The teen vogue one was awesome! Plus I had wanted a beauty blender but didn't want to spend that much $$ without trying it first and that came in last month's.

I bought mine for 1 month then tried GlamBag, hated Glambag, then went back to Birchbox and loved this month. I liked the nail polish that I got and the moisturizer, so its worth it to me.

I love Birchbox.  Especially after I signed up for MyGlam.  Birchbox seems even better after that trainwreck
