  • It's totally worth it and I love to make it.

    You Need:

    1 Egg Yolk

    1/2 tsp Mustard

3-4 drops water or white vinegar

    1 C Oil

    Lemon and salt to taste

Put the yolk, mustard and water/white vinegar in a small bowl and whisk well

While continually whisking quickly drizzle in the oil, slowly at first (1-2 drops at a time). It should thicken up once you've added about 1/4 of the oil. Continue adding the rest of the oil. Season with salt and lemon!
