I thought my car had been stolen this morning

We have assigned parking and it wasn't in my space. I call DH and he said he didn't take it. He's now panicking as well. Then I realized I had parked elsewhere because yesterday I couldn't get to my space because it was all blocked off for tree trimming. Oy! Not my finest moment, but it amused the maintenance guy, who saw this all go down.

  • I do this at work. I get tehre super early and like to park in a certain spot. Occasionally, some doucher takes my (totally not assigned) spot and I have to go somewhere else.

There is always a second or two moment of panic when I don't see my truck in its spot.

  • That is totally something I would do and blame Mary on making me forget about.

how funny, but I am glad it wasn't stolen!    Your post title made my heart flutter for a sec.

  • I've done this... at my old apartment complex sometimes the parking lot would get really fully and I'd have to park around the corner. I had several moments of panic when I walked out and couldn't see my car. It's always a relief once you remember!
