Nothing fancy. Roasted cauliflower with leftover tomato basil cream sauce and a leftover burger patty because it is stressing me out that no one is eating it and it has been in the fridge since Sunday. I was counting on H eating for lunch yesterday but he didn't.
H won't be home for dinner.

I'm working late. DH is making spaghetti. Suace from a jar. Scandalous.
Well, since my day took a massive crash into crap town (we didn't get the house) C and I are having frozen pizza, Mexican eggrolls and Chipotle empanadas from Target, and chips and salsa. Oh, and i'm having cocktails as well. You know, fried foods and booze to drown the pain.
BTW, I'll get over it ... eventually, but, for now, I'm wallowing.
I made that "husband-pleasing chicken" making the rounds on Pinterest, with the dijon mustard, maple syrup, and rice wine vinegar marinade. I have to say that it was pretty yummy! I served it with brown rice.
