Help finding a wall sconce...

I'm looking for wall sconces to put in my sons room next to the top and bottom bunk. I remember seeing a picture in Pottery Barn Kids a few yrs back. Now I can't seem to find what I'm looking for though. I'm picturing something like this:

Or kind of like this only in a wall sconce. Maybe even a little more industrial depending on what bedding I end up picking out.

Anyone seen anything like that? And do you think it would have to be hard wired? I think the wire going up to the top bunk would look horrible...
