How much chicken do you think?
I am having a birthday party with about 24 people invited. I am making chicken salad sandwiches, but how many pounds of chicken do you think i need? Thanks for your help!

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
I usually roast a whole chicken in the oven, and then make chicken salad from the leftovers, so I never measure anything. I just wing it with mayo, salt & pepper, and a sprinkle of onion powder. I think if you made a whole chicken, and used all of it for the salad, then it should be enough for 24 people.
