As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Two Car Household!

The Husband just drove the totaled red sports car to work today.
It's not pretty but it runs.
Nobody else can ride in it with him, but at least I can have the van at home in case I need it while he's at work!

hey, if it runs and gets from point A to point B, then that is a win!
I really wish I had a picture of my old car on hand, it was considered totalled by insurance and yet I still drove the heck out of it for another 6 months before selling it off for $500. It still worked, and any passenger had to crawl in thru the back seat or cross over my side since the passenger door wouldn't open. I have SO been there when it comes to free transportation to suit my needs!
Poor thing had been hit on all four sides and nearly all the edges in between but it never really died on me or left me completely stranded when I really counted on it. THAT is the reason I stuck with mazdas... gotta love the endurance of a beat-up energizer bunny that just won't quit!
