Freezing breakfast burritos
I like to make a big batch of breakfast burritos to freeze so we have easy meals in the morning. Unfortunately everytime I reheat them in the microwave they get all soggy. To make the burritos I brown sausage, scramble some eggs, then assemble them with a bit of shredded cheese and roll up in a tortilla. I make sure to wait for the egg/sausage mixture to cool before assembling.
Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong here?
Warning
No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
