I need help finding a harness
in Pets
We had a chihuahua that we had to re-home. The new owners are looking for a harness for her and we would like to get it for them. The only problem is that when she was a puppy she was scratched in the eye by our cat. Ever since then she is extrememly traumatized by anyting going over her head. Every harness I've seen goes over the head and clips around the belly. Has anyone seen a harness that clips on both the neck and the belly?

We also have that one.
This one is really cheaply made but it's comfortable for both of my dogs and one is a puller. They step in and it velcros/buckles over the back.
