World's longest train on a bridal gown

Have you guys seen this?  The train on this dress just broke the world record at about 1.83 miles long.  I honestly don't know how this thing didn't catch a gust of wind and yank that little model right out of that hot air balloon.

That seems really unsafe to fly her up in a hot air balloon like that, the train has more fabric than the damn balloon!  

 

I guess everything has to have a "world record" standard, why not wedding dress trains!?            A bit ridiculous, but slightly interesting.   I wonder if the designer sells the dress to anyone, preferably with a lot of closet space.

I'm not sure if she's actually getting married, or just modeling the dress.  I thought the latter, but I could be wrong.
