It's my week to bring "snacks" for our church and I want to get creative, but am having a total brain fart. It's kind of a grab-n'-go situation with coffee, so in the past I've taken biscotti (cranberry white chocolate), scones (bacon/cheddar) and muffins (cinnamon). Sometimes people bring cookies and one week someone brought homemade ham sandwiches.
Just looking for other ideas, thanks!
Re: Breakfast Finger Foods?
Mini quiche, fruit skewers, donuts, donut holes, danish, breads (either loaf or in a cake pan cut into squares), cinnamon rolls. There's also breakfast cups if your service isn't super long and you have a chafing dish or something you can keep them slightly warm in. They are hash browns, bread or a slice of deli ham in a cupcake cup with an egg and some other stuff inside depending on what you want. I have a bunch of things on my breakfast pinterest board that look like they'd work.
What about these?

They're good room temp, especially if you still serve with the lemon sour cream topping.
They cook up AMAZINGLY well in a cast iron skillet btw.
