Do you bring your outdoor cushions in everytime it rains?
Not sure if this is the right board for this question, but I figure some of you must have outdoor cushions.
We just got a dining set for our new deck. We got seat cushions for the chairs. How anal do I have to be about bringing them in everytime I think it's going to rain? Does anyone leave them out all the time and just tip them on their side to dry after it rains?
TIA
Re: Do you bring your outdoor cushions in everytime it rains?
I bring ours in every time we use them, I only leave them out if Im going to be back out there the next day & am 100% certain its not going to rain*. It sucks lugging them in & out, but its better then having a wet butt when I sit down! Our patio table is close to our service door to our garage, I just keep them in there close to the door so I can just open it up & snag them.
*of course its happened to me where I've left them out & its rained, just happens

I bring our cushions in every night. It's kind of a hassle but we find a place to keep them near the door so we don't have to haul them around. I've accidentally left them out once or twice in the rain and they've been fine.
HA!
I'm going to be honest. Nope. I just don't think to do so. The weather where I live changes like well..the wind. I don't have the time or energy to remember that.
Mine seem to dry pretty fast though. We tend to sit out side more at night than in the morning so they're usually dry, unless it rained late in the day, then which we're not sitting out there anyways.
I do bring them in if it's going to majorly storm.
