I grab large pinches of shredded taco cheese out of the bag quite often...I should do it now. I love me some cheese!

Technically I shouldn't eat cheese. Damn lactose intolerance. However that doesn't stop me from grabbing a bite if it's something awesome like havarti, smoked gruyere or gouda, muenster... YUM.

On our way back from the lake last week, D and I stopped at the Osceola Cheese Factory.  We got a 5-year aged extra-sharp cheddar, beer cheese, a really good low-fat havarti, and a mediterranean cheddar with greek spices infused into it.  We still have a lot of it.  I may have to have a before bed snack.

I pretty much always buy that kind! So yummy! 

MH recently brought me home some raspberry ale infused cheese and it was amazing. And for Valentine's Day he set-up a cheese plate like we had in Paris. He sure knows the way to a gal's heart.
