any school psychologists?

I am trying to do my internship in the Indianapolis area and was wondering what the pay scale is for SP's in Indy?  Also, do most interns get paid?  What is the range for intern pay? TIA!

Re: any school psychologists?

  • I'm sure it varies by coporations as far as pay and if they will pay for an intern.  Some might pay if you are far enough along to fill the position.  I'd assume it is similar to couselors.  For counseling  more often than not it is an unpaid position unless they currently need a counselor.

More and more of the schools are subcontracting the work out to larger groups......

  • I believe DonnaReed is up in Noblesville, but I haven't seen her online in awhile......

I would assume pay would also vary between districts -i.e. I assume the better school systems (Noblesville, Carmel, Avon, Plainfield, etc) probably pay more than IPS or any of the Indy districts (Perry, Wayne, Lawrence, etc).

Move along, nothing to see here.....
