If you square foot garden, what do you use for your dividers, to break up the square feet?

This is going to sound weird but I put chopsticks every foot and use that to eyeball where the boundaries are.

DH makes them for me and he's into perfection so he puts nails in the wood border and then strings fishing line across to make a perfect grid.

I only used dividers the first year, we bought the lath board at HD and cut it to size. Now I just eyeball it.

DH thought it would be a bit of a waste of money to actually buy anything to divide the bed with, so I just eyeballed it / drew some lines in the soil. It is working out just fine.

I have some wooden blinds in the garage that were headed out to the trash.  I'm probably just going to use the horizontal slats.
