What should I do about diaper rash?

Any ideas?  My baby son has the worst rash.  I tried Bum Genius but it doesn't work.  All he does is cry. Help please!

According to my pedi, Vaseline 3 times a day and the rest of the diaper changes, Caldesene powder.

Unless you cloth diaper. Then you need to use Calendula cream or coconut oil.

Make sure you are using just wet cloths & not actual diaper wipes at each change. The wipes can irritate the skin. Try to keep the diaper off as much as possible to "air out" the rash.

I think Butt Paste works the best for clearing up diaper rashes quickly.

When I let Ellie air out she runs around the living room giggling and trying to sit on my lap. I've been peed on before so now it's a game to her.

It's even worse thwen they poo everywhere when running around!

This one time I had to clean poo off the whole couch and only finished five minutes before my friends arrived for coffee. I told them the damp was just febreze. Tee hee hee

CJ'S Butter, we swear by it!  When nothing else has worked we used CJ's and it is safe for CD's as well!!!
