Didn't somebody post on here that it just stopped clicking one day?  Mine hasn't worked in a while and I miss using the stuff.  I think I remember ya'll saying that you just have to keep twisting it and then it would just start working again.  Mine still isn't working after at least a few hundred turns.  Any other ideas?

Are you holding it sponge side down? I kept clicking mine awhile about with sponge side up and it finally dawned on me to turn the darn thing over. Once I did that and clicked the product came right out.

The first one I bought actually broke after the first 10 or so clicks - I would turn and it would make noise, but it was not moving.  I exchanged it for a new one at CVS.

That happened to my first one too.  My second one works great.

BTW, It's also great for covering up blemishes.

Ok, I am so glad I'm not the only one having this issue! The 1st one I bought clicked and worked great. The 2nd stopped clicking after a couple days and I had to keep pushing the sponge top down in order to get any product out. Ended up tossing it and have a new one still in package. Crossing my fingers this one clicks!

The sponge part on mine disconnects after a few clicks so I'm always having to push it back down to connect. A pain but it's worth it!

Thank you for this. I feel dumb.  Mine stopped clicking but I hold it sponge side up.  <Face-palm>

Okay so I sat there trying to get it to click, sponge side down.  Nothing.  I took a look at it and realized there's a crack on the red part of the container just below the sponge.  I wonder if that has something to do with it.  I guess it's off to buy a new one.

The one that I had that stopped working also had a crack on the red part.  I guess that's the problem?
