Help quick! lunch obstacle!

Our office is going to have a "meeting" over lunch today and has decided that it will take place at a local pizza parlor!  Help!  Is cheese pizza the best choice? I don't think that they are going to have any veggies or anything remotely healthy as options! UGH!  WWYD?

  • Veggie or cheese would be the healthies IMHO. Blot the top with a napkin to get off the extra oil. Eat 1 piece (it won't kill you), then eat some veggies or fruit when you get back to the office.

  • If things are not pre-ordered for the whole group, I'd get a good salad and maybe a single slice, then blot the grease off the top.
  • I'd go for a slice of cheese if you're not going to be able to order for yourself.  A slice of pizza isn't going to ruin everything, and if it's not from a chain it's usually not even that unhealthy.
  • A slice of pizza won't kill you. I may have had 2.5 slices last night and have not died. See if you can add a salad or some kind of healthy side.
  • Thanks ladies! I know it won't kill me but I've been a slacka$$ this week and was up a pound at my weigh in this morn. I've just gotta focus on making the best choices when things come up like this. Lol thanks again!
