Hello everyone,

FYI, Bump Kathleen came through, and she-whose-name-will-not-be-mentioned, has been banned. this morning (afternoon).  If any AEs crop up because of this, please let me know as soon as possible via PM or on the Married Life board. 

I have heard that a Bump moderator got involved with editing AlA's posts without my knowledge, hence the confusion that ensued on Wednesday.  I'm not sure which mod was involved, but now it doesn't matter and it's water under the bridge.

I just wanted to let you that ever since I became mod for BNOTB it's been my wish (and I said this when I first introduced myself to you) to not be a heavy-handed moderator because I felt that I didn't really know you guys at all and I wasn't going to impose on the dynamics of your community.  And because of that, when things got ugly on Wednesday, it may have appeared that I didn't think it was a big deal.  That's not the case AT ALL.  

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to PM me.  I'll be happy to talk to you.

Or you can post here and call me to task.  lol  It's okay.  I can handle it.  : )

I was going to stay out of this, but since it was my home board, through no fault of my own, who was attacked, there were a few others being just as hateful. One example I can think of is the allisonmarie girl from the bump. This whole situation is horrible and ridiculous, and to me, a tad bit scary how far everyone was willing to go.

Some even went back to their home boards stating they expected to "kicked off" but justified it because "she's a nasty person"

Honestly, I would just like to have my home board back now, so that I can post again. I have no control over Ala, or anyone else, and I just backed out because everything was just too much, and I don't want to be involved in any drama. Ugliness was coming in from every direction, and it's scary that it came to that from anyone. Hopefully now, everyone can go on about their business and return to whatever form of normalcy you can have on the internet.
