Grilled London Broil - help
DH came home with meat marked "London Broil" (not sure of the exact cut) but he is all excited to grill it outside tomorrow. I've always been under the impression that this is a tough cut of meat.
Any tips/suggestions/recipes i can sneak into the conversation???

I don't let mine marinade overnight and it's still good. The big thing is you have to cut it on the bias (against the grain) in order to have a nice, tender meat. I love London Broil.

Thanks ladies.
i also just searched the nest and you guys recommended some good marinades about a month ago! (sorry - I should have searched first!)
I use a dry rub, and then then poke the heck out of it
with a fork on both sides to tenderize. I would do this
with a marinade also. It really helps!

Cook to medium rare and let rest a good 5-10 minutes (tented with foil) before slicing it thin against the grain.
