Shower curtain rod height?
Our house has a tub/shower where it's 8' high at the shower head wall but the ceiling slopes down to ~5'-3" to the opposite side.
Would it be too low to hang the shower rod at ~5'? Or, can I install it at the slope? Anyone seen a picture of this type of shower/tub using a shower curtain? I'm trying to avoid needing to install glass since it's much more expensive. Please share your thoughts and recommendations. How would you install a shower rod?
Re: Shower curtain rod height?
Here's a drawing of the tub/shower:
I think 5' is too low. It's uncomfortable to be able to see over the top of the shower curtain for the average person and you might still get splashing from hair washing.
These people had a rod and curtain custom made: You could probably DIY the curtain once you had the measurements set.
