Two product raves!

1.  Fresh lip balm in PASSION.  My lips have a strange naturally dark tint to them, and since I am blonde with fair skin/blue eyes...this tint seems to drain my face.  Most tinted lipsticks/balms/etc are either too coral, pink or red.  I have been looking for a mixture of a light to medium watermelon with a little hint of....bright rose...no frost or shimmer.  In this search, I estimate I have spent about $400 in lipsticks and stains over the past year alone.  I know.  That's obnoxiously embarrassing.  TO THE RESCUE.........Fresh lip balm in Passion.  Tried the Plum and it was too dark and vampire-y.  The Rose color is barely detectable on my skin.  Honey is too warm.  Passion is juuuust right.  And if I don't put too much on, I get that color I've been searching.  Wish it were a tiny bit more matte.

2.  Cover Girl eyeliner in Grey/Khaki.  I have blue/grey eyes.  Black eyeliner is too severe.  Brown is often too severe or too light.  Greens and Turquoise look too artificial, and blue looks like my mom's 80s makeup.  On a whim, I tried this color.  It truly looks like an exact cross between grey and khaki/olive.  It's a medium color, seems to intensify the color of my eyes, and is perfect for day and night.  I really can't say enough about this color.  I've worn it everyday since, and even my husband commented on how great my eyes and makeup looked.  This is a must try.

Btw, I just ordered (today) the new Fresh Sugar lip balm in Coral.  Has anyone tried it yet?

That's awesome to find products you love. I got the Fresh spf lip balm thingys as a bday gift from Sephora and I love them. I was just noticing how much I love the rose color this morning. I have not tried any other colors.

Based on your recommendation, I went out and got the gray/khaki CG eyeliner yesterday and you're right-- it's a great color for blue eyes and light skin!
