I think we may have a winner!

Finally!  My Maddy is a hypoallergenic dog.  Chicken, turkey and salmon all send her into a frenzy.  Along with my animal hospital job, I am also a pet sitter.  On my info sheet I ask what they feed just incase I run out of food or they are kept out of town longer than expected and I have to purchase more.  One of my clients feeds Acana Pacifica.  I had never heard of it because it's not available from any of my distributors at work.  I looked into it and...WOW.  I am extremely impressed AND they have a Duck (and Bartlett Pear) formula. Whoop!  I gave it a try (even though I can't get it at cost :(  and it's working great!!!  She loves it and no itching/vomiting/farting and ears are clear.  She was on Pure Vita Duck, but I believe this is a step up.  All is happy in our house.  Anyone else feed Acana?

Re: I think we may have a winner!

  • We've fed Acana in the past. The Pacifica was too stinky for me so we fed the other varieties.

  • We fed Acana in between feeding raw.  S would only eat the grasslands version.  She is the biggest diva about food.  Ok, she is a diva about life in general.
