As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Time to train again

Hey everyone, it's been a little while since I've been on this board. I lurk a lot but haven't been working out OR eating well so I didn't have much to contribute. 

The Bolder Boulder is coming up in a couple months and it's time for me to start training again. 

I really need to find a way to stay motivated AFTER the race. That's when I seem to go down hill. This last year has been the worst. I've gained 30 lbs since this time last year... Not cool.  

I hope you all don't mind me coming back to the board for inspiration and whatnot.
