Is there a website for different types of diets?

I want to start a low carb diet, but I don't know where to start. Every we-sibe that I go to makes you sign up and pay. There must be some kind of free web site that I can use. I am already using myfitnesspal.com, but that does not help you with meal plans and knowing what foods to eat.

Fatsecret.com has plans and recipes. I don't know if they will have what your looking for,but you won't have to pay. I use it instead of myfitnesspal because it's a calorie tracker too. Spark people probably has meal plans too.

it's the most comprehensive review of diet plans I've seen.

it ranks the diets overall, for short-term and long-term weight loss, nutritional soundness, safety, ease to follow, and whether the plan is good for diabetes and  CV health.
