Tartlette/tartlet recipe?
Next Thursday is my "Happy Thursday" where I have to make all my cw's lunch. I want to make tartlettes (sp?) for dessert in honor of my baby since I call it "tartlette." It's because I like to bake and it's one of those things that feel like more work that they are worth until you eat one. Anyway, I'd like to try something new. I'm up for all flavors. Thanks!
Re: Tartlette/tartlet recipe?
I saw these last night on Nadia G's B*tchin' Kitchen. They looked really good. It uses roasted peanuts in the crust and a goat cheese center. She suggested having a variety of toppings for people to "dress" them as they want - Nutella, fruit jam, etc
