if anyone is interested...
It was fun, we had too much food but I guess that's better than not having enough and people were able to take some home if they wanted to.
The party was pretty simple. I didn't really have time to do too much diy, but there were a few things I really wanted to do.
I made these photo blocks. I made one for every month. Each side of each block has pics from that month (starting with 0-1 month) I am now looking for someplace special in our house to keep all of them!
I made these favors the morning of the party. They were just marshmallows dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. I also made some oreo pops but most of them fell apart. Betty Crocker I am not. I taped them to a photo of Declan holding out his hand, with a speech bubble saying "thanks for coming to my party". They were a hit!
I made him this little hat out of felt. He didn't really wear it but we were able to get a pic at least.

Sounds like fun. I'm always a fan of simple parties with too much food! More fun...less stress that way!
