My daughter is breast fed and has a milk allergy so I have been off dairy for months. I recently found out through a vegan friend that condoms contain milk protein. I am very concerned about this. I have noticed she has been increasingly fussy lately and I am wondering if it is because I have been putting them in my mouth? Does anyone have any experience with this? Do you have recommendations for a product I can use that does not contain milk protein?
ETA: I only use the strawberry flavored kind. Does anyone know if they make those kind dairy free?
Re: Non-dairy condoms?
1. Try a vegan condom and see if things change. vegancondoms.com can help you find one, and some brands are cheaper on Amazon.
2. Stop putting condoms in your mouth. I'm all for protected sex, but why are there condoms in your mouth? Unless your H has an STD (no judgment, just a statement), which hopefully you'd know since you have kids, you really don't need them for oral sex at this point in the game. If you must have them, though, I'd try option 1!
Good luck, and please update if you try either, I'm really curious as to whether or not this is bothering her!

Yes, but I feel like the strawberry flavor mixed with latex is a unique combination. Plus they have a great consistency. Really, almost like chewing gum.

Yes, I thought everyone knew that is what I meant. They are a great snack alternative. I have quite a sweet tooth but I am trying to lose the baby weight.

Maybe I should give that a try. Although, I am not sure the bubble yum consistency will be to my liking. It's a little soft for my taste.

Um...what
Good luck
You are chewing on them like bubble gum??? Or licking the flavor off of them?
Do you swallow?
