Anybody have anything fun going on this week? Exciting weekend stories? Do tell...I need something to get me through today!

I'm attending a protest at SCOTUS tomorrow morning from 8:00 - noon in support of the ACA.
Wednesday I'm going to D's house for the first time to stay the night.
And Friday I'm attending the "opening ceremonies" for a lobby training on reproductive rights that will last through next Tuesday.
Busy, but fun week.

I double booked dates tomorrow. I'm too busy and don't know if these guys are "weekend worthy" so I have a date at 6 and another at 8 tomorrow night.
I'm starting kickboxing class with heavy bags tonight. I anticipate not being able to move for my dates tomorrow.
I'm kind of envying you right now. Never been brave enough to double book.

I went to a baby naming ceremony with a friend on Sunday. 1-What an angelic baby. and 2-The speeches by the grandparents made me all misty eyed.

I get to leave early for a doctor's appt. today...not quite so much fun as picking up a new car. Oh well.
DS is having his picture taken for Easter/Spring today at daycare with live bunnies. They always turn out so good but I love hearing the stories of how he reacts. Last year he was fine, smiled for the picture then the bunny started moving in which he freaked out like "GET THIS DANG BUNNY OFF ME!!"
I'm still anticipating J receiving the easter basket. He doesn't know what it looks like or what is in but knows its coming. USPS couldn't give me a time frame of when it would arrive so I'm just waiting, and waiting and waiting.

Oh be prepared to hurt like never before! My trainer throws in heavy bag sometimes and it's intense!! May want to warm your dates that you may just have to lean down and sip your martini through a straw since you might not be able to lift the glass!
Haha, yeah I'm worried about it because I'm super out of shape right now. I was going to wear heels for the dates but think I might not be able to walk in them. Wednesday night is my last volleyball finals game and I have a feeling my team is going to want to kill me as I think about hitting the ball but fail to do so.

If you mean "Monday, Funday ..." in a sarcastic way, I can share. I pulled the muscles in my lower back and have been on fat drugs and forced rest all weekend for that. So nothing too exciting this weekend.
Then I woke up this morning, still in some pain, but not as much. I was getting ready. I went to the bathroom in our downstairs bathroom (which we have trouble with from time to time and have been meaning to get a plumber out to look at). I flushed and the whole thing overflowed (and there was only like one piece of tp in it!). The water wouldn't stop running. I called B at work. He talked me through turning the water off. Then I had to stop the water from flowing out of the bathroom/laundry room area and into the rest of the house -- got towels and did that. Found an old baby gate so that the dog couldn't get to the mess and make it worse while we were at work. And somehow I was only 15 minutes late to work!
But now my back, which was starting to feel better, feels like ass again!
Funday indeed.
I am having oral surgery Thursday after just getting over strep. Not exactly my idea of great times! I did just get back froma trip to Vegas last Monday though, so I can't complain too much.
MCC- I have a 5 class card for CKO that I bought on groupon. I am starting it in a couple weeks. I can't wait!
I bought the unlimited class Groupon! I signed up for the Chatham one (I have no idea why because there's one right down the street from my office). Which will you be going to?
I am going to the Whippany one. I also bought a 10 hot yoga class package in Denville. Summer will look very good for me!! lol Have fun at kickboxing, adn on your double booked dates.lol I don't know how you do it!
That's the one that's 5 mins from my office. Ugh. I'm jealous about your hot yoga. I got an unlimited month of yoga and Zumba in Madison.
Trying to reschedule the date to Friday--going to Sushi Lounge with some RE agent dude who works in your town. I think he's trying to expense it because I told him I'm moving there this summer.
Are you really moving there?! I am not sure how I feel about an expensed date, makes it feel very business-like. I haven't been to sushi lounge in a while. I think I needed a break from it since I was there all the time for a while!
