All weekend long I've been dealing with stomach wrenching cramps and throwing up. I thought it was food poisoning but it isn't. It isn't as bad as what I had before when I had food poisoning. So I thought it would go away by today. Nope. I ate something light and filling and yet it still hurts. I feel like someone is taking my stomach and squeezing it. H doesn't understand the pain I'm in but he's supportive. I'm looking for doctors now
I dunno why I wrote this all out.

Re: Stomach issues
Oh no, I am sorry you were ill! I hope you can find someone to see that can help fix the problem. In the meantime take it easy with the food, maybe just bread, bananas, and rice the next couple of days until everything settles?
**good health vibes to you**
Thanks. I just have a huge fear of doctors. I've already had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and they found that I had a mild case of acid reflux. I thought that was what this was and nothings helped.
I just feel hungry all the time and I dunno why. I'm hungry after I eat a full meal. Its frustrating.
As someone who deals with acid reflux on a regular basis, I know exactly how you're feeling. Are you on any medication like Nexium or Protonix? When mine was at its worst I was on Protonix and that seemed to be the best med I was on for it. I have flare-ups, but not as bad as they used to be so my doctor gave me lots of samples of Nexium to have on hand. Every few months I'll go back on the Nexium for about 2 weeks and then most of the symptoms seem to subside.
I'm sorry you're dealing with this, and I really hope you go to a doctor. You deserve some relief.
What is that?
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce/apples
Toast.
Do you have dizziness as well? I have gastritis issues and get stomach pains, and occasionally they make me vomit. The pain I get changes from higher up in the stomach (like heartburn almost) to throughout the lower area. The doc said I likely have an ulcer, but I haven't gone through all the tests to verify.
I have a prescription for a stronger version of Prilosec, but OTC versions work just as well.
No dizziness, thank god. Just painful pain and vomiting. I had a nurse ask me if I was constipated, and nope. All is well in that realm.
I'm sure its my acid reflux acting up again but I don't remember this much pain ever.
