Total Lurker: Pork Tenderloin in crockpot?
Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe to cook a pork tenderloin (mine is 1lb) in a crockpot, preferrably all day? Thanks!
Re: Total Lurker: Pork Tenderloin in crockpot?
I have made this before, and it came out good. Not sure that I cooked it from the early morning though, I think any recipe with a lean pork tenderloin is going to risk being pretty dry if it cooks all day.

This is really delicious.
Oh man, pork tenderloin turns out fabulous in a crock pot when done correctly. Much better than when roasted, IMO.
It only takes 5 hours on low, and you'll want to add a bit of liquid (~1/2c. or less: broth, water, or pineapple juice works well) as the cut is so lean.
You can season it however you prefer. We typically go with salt and pepper, cumin, onions, and green peppers.
