States' Rights
My Alabaman boss once said "states rights died in 1865 with the adoption of the 13th, 14th and 15th amendment" and that basically those three amendments overrode the 10th amendment.
I think he had a point.

Yeahno. There have been plenty of SCOTUS opinions to come out since then finding the feds overstepped their authority. He sounds like a lost cause theorist to me and those people are always suspect.
