Eye infection
in Pets
My dog and cat recently developed an eye infection. Each has a watery eye that also has greenish goop in the inner corner of the affected eye. I took them to the vet but had to see the guy that was first available- not our regular vet. He believes it is just coincidence since infections are not typically transmissible between species. In the end they both got antibiotic ointments for their infections. I really think it seems like an odd coincidence though. Anyone else ever have this happen?
