Make-ahead freezer meals before baby?
I know someone posted a few links to their blog with their make-ahead meal plans and prep before the baby came.
Can someone send me the link??
Also, any casserole-type recipes that are still moderately healthy would be appreciated.
Baby is due in May so I'm going to start thinking about this stuff in the next few weeks.

I'm also planning on making strawberry scones, vanilla ice cream, chicken enchiladas, and lasagna to round out the freezer. Hope this helps!
Many times new moms need a pick me up that can be eaten one handed. Pureed soups and protein filled biscuits can allow a new mom to eat with one hand. I will freeze all three in smaller containers so she can take out just one container at a time.
