Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. A cake recipe calls for using a 15 x 10-inch pan (quarter sheet?) which I don't have. What other pan sizes can the amount of batter fill for that size pan?
Two 8-inch squares? 9-inch squares? Or maybe two 9-inch rounds?
Nutmeg, cilantro, sage, mint, thyme... these are a few of my favorite things!

Assuming it's a jelly roll pan, it doesn't have a lot of volume since it's so shallow. From the ones you've listed, I'd do 2 8x8s.
