If you wanted to impress a 2yo and 5yo with a chicken dish...
...what would you make?
My boys have developed a little dance that they do when they really like something I cook. I live for it!
Aside from the summer when DH grills a lot of chicken, they are basically used to it baked with barbeque sauce or italian seasonings.

My boys love the skinnytaste cocunut chicken fingers. Other ones they like are chicken parm, homemade chicken nuggets and chicken taquitos.

Cheesy chicken/broc casserole. Kids usually dig broc and the similarity they have to tree's and cheese.
