I bought Insanity from Beachbody last year and enjoyed the workout I got. I received an e-mail the other day about the release of the new Tai Cheng workout and was wondering if you ladies had any opinion on it.
Since doing Insanity last year I have really spiraled downhill and gained the weight back I had lost plus a little more. I have a lot to lose (over 100 lbs) and was wondering if Tai Cheng with less impact would be a better fit for me to right now just to get back into a workout routine.
My only concern is that it seemed to be very slow paced in the video online and it was geared for older people.
Does anyone have any input on this new workout set?
