Yep, another one bit the dust.  But I'm really happy that Keurig is replacing it again, no questons asked.  Fine by me!

Yep, another one bit the dust.  But I'm really happy that Keurig is replacing it again, no questons asked.  Fine by me!

I have to do this too (first time)!  I haven't had time to call them again, and I really miss my homemade iced coffee!

They've been so nice about it!  Just asked for the model number and what the problem was; we were still having issues with the water coming through the filter and it most recently got to the point that it deposited some of it back into the reservoir (no matter which size you chose).
