On: lamp, alarm clock, BCP, picture of DH and I, chapstick, glass of water at night (which sometimes is 3 glasses when I forget to bring them downstairs...)
In: phone charger, camera charger, extra BCP, lotion, a couple of cards from DH, there's probably some other random things in there that I just can't think of.
I have a shelf on the bottom of my nightstand, I usually keep a book or two there.
on it: Books and my Kindle
In it: Books, and a book light.
On: Video monitor, phone charger, picture of me and Rusty, picture of me and Parker, book, lubricating eye drops, chapstick, coaster
In: pregnancy belt, heartbeat doppler, pen, card from Rusty from when I found out I was pregnant, static ease, lint roller, lube, my "friend"
On: sippy water bottle (I have to have one near me at all times, I keep one upstairs and one downstairs always full and refill as needed), lamp, Burt Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter, box of tissues, my phone when I sleep
In: I have 2 drawers. Top drawer: my nail kit (clippers, file, tweezers), a small sewing kit, baby wipes (those are our "supplies" for ST), a box of condoms from when we were TTA, my inhaler, a lint roller, mini Hershey chocolates, preggie pops, I think my rosary is tossed in there too (haven't prayed on it in forever), a small notepad and pen, oh and some chapstick. Bottom drawer: fetal doppler and aloe vera gel, a knee brace for running, old cards Tony has given me over the years for holidays/birthdays/anniversaries, a sinus face mask heating pad thing, box of my migraine shot meds (our old house didn't have any medicine cabinets and barely any under cabinet storage).
On: Lamp, alarm clock, baby monitor, books, usually a bottle of water
In: (top drawer) Books, doppler, thermometer
(bottom drawer) sexy-time things
On the Nightstand: Alarm clock, lamp, tv remote and sometimes a book or nook
In the Nightstand: Nothing! We haven't put anything in the draw since our old nightstand didn't have one and we just aren't used to it. When we have people coming over we'll put the remote and books in the drawer sometimes but otherwise it's empty.
A couple months ago we bought a new dresser and matching might stands. With our king sized bed the night stands didnt fit. I offered to turn mine sideways so that hubby could use the drawer.
On top I have a Lego plane DH made for me a long time ago with a little pilot on top. A pretty music box I bought in Japan that has coins and money we've collected from around the world. A Kissable Massage lotion from VS. my BBT thermometer. A coaster and water. Hair ties and clips always end up there at bed time. A little picture of one of my little sisters.
The drawer is empty since I can't get to it.
There is a shelf and on that are some books, my kindle, and hand towels for ST.

On bottom shelf in VS box-condoms and whatnot
There's a lamp, roll of toilet paper (for when my nose is runny), books, my glasses and case, and when I go to bed, my phone and chap stick.
Underneath it is a bag of..... fun stuff......
ON: My large jewelry box, alarm clock, a book or two or three, chapstick, and when I'm sleeping my iPhone and glasses
IN: We have three drawer nightstands. Top drawer is basically a junk drawer with random things like sewing patterns (?), fake nail kit, a bunch of lip chaps, old magazines, etc. Middle drawer houses my Bras, the bottom drawer is my underwear drawer.
On: I have a basket with lotions etc. lamp, alarm clock.
In: I have two drawers: Underwear/bras, socks/tights/nylons and tank tops/cami's
