In the article about her leaving she said that she wanted to leave the door open for a possible return in the future. So she's not back, just leaving that option open.
Hence my earlier comment ^^^ . They couldn't kill her off.

GH's ratings have been great lately, so I hope it doesn't get cancelled. b/c that will be the end of watching ABC in my house.
If you want to get back into it, now's the time b/c ever since they named Garin Wolf as head writer, the characters and storylines have been much more engaging and dare I say, thrilling.

Ooh i love his raspy voice and the way he stands with his hands in his pockets...sexy...1st scenes with Sonny, Tracy, And Sam were so entertaining.
GH has/had some sexy men... Jason, Alcazar, Johnny, Jagger, Lucky #3, what's he up to by the way? Would gladly welcome him back as Lucky. JJ was great and all but he left on his own. Lucky is a key character.
Alzi, come back to GH. Do it for me. I wish JJ would come back, too. He was awesome.

I'm loving John McBain, but most of this OLTL stuff is sort of meh for me so far. Starr is pretty irritating, and I don't know why they killed her OMG MY BOYFRIEND! and oh, yeah, her daughter, too.
Pretty sure I'm a Jasam fan, though I loved the Liason scenes we finally got one year after the show killed a kid and never even had a mothertrucking funeral.
