As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

friend asked about ACA and how the gov't would enforce the penalty etc.
I answered factually.
Friend commented that everyone being covered would cause quality of care to go down. I linked to a study showing Mass has gotten healthier since romney care was implemented.
Friend then comments on her experience growing up with military healthcare.
I commented that I don't think everyone has a *right* to the best healthcare but everyone deserves access to healthcare
New guy jumps in and says everyone has access now. They just have to go to the ER.
I point out that we (taxpayers and insureds) pay for those who just show up at the ER can't pay.

I asked what his solution was
His comment a health insurance policy for all "legitimate" americans.

I'm all for access to vote... but I'm starting to think you should have to pass a basic logic and civics test to be able to vote each election.

Well tell him the ACA is his solution then since only American citizens will be required to have health insurance.
