As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

okay...so I'm tipsy. :-) I probably shouldn't be posting, but I am. Whose going to stop me? hahahah. I'm a dork. Isn't it when drunk that most people say I 
u? Well I do. I mean I you...the regulars....the girls that listen and respond. The ladies that seem to understand where I'm at in life and where I am going. This board and our friendships mean more to me than you know.
K and I just got back from the bar. We had a good time, mostly because I ran into an ex-coworker and his partner. His partner and K hit it off immediately. So ex-coworker and I sat and gossiped and danced. It was nice. Just nice to be out of the house. Nice to not be stressed for just a few hours. Oh - we were however very jealous because ex coworker and his partner are moving back to the west coast. :-(
I want to head west....depending on if Prop 8 passes in Cali. I'll cry for days if it does. I want to go home, but I want a legal marriage. Remember the wedding I was shopping for last month? Well the bride sent out the most heartfelt email to all her friends and family asking them to vote no on 8. It made me cry. Oh and my dad...well my dad almost took down a yes on 8 sign, but it was already down. I just think it's so cute that my dad was going to take down a political sign that he disagreed with (it was on public not private property).
Anyway...our nachos are in the oven so I should attend to the tipsy muchies.....

Tipsy posting is allowed 100%! I am not tipsy but I love everyone here too. It's so nice to have a place to feel welcome and supported.
I will cry and probably throw some things if Prop 8 passes too. I am sick with worry. It's so sweet that your dad considered taking down a sign. We think about it a lot too :-)
I hope you get to move back here, I know how much you miss it.
