Need new bedding
I'm in the market for a spring/summer change in my bedroom. I don't want a heavy comforter if I can get away with it. I HATE duvet covers. I'm looking for a coverlet or quilt type blanket. I'm stumped because my wall color is hard to work with.

The walls are a grayish purple (we just painted the room in Jan. when we closed on the house so I really don't want to have to repaint it), white furniture, I have off white curtains hanging now. They were a hand me down from my mom that I'm thinking of bleaching white (will that work?). Some accents of silver.
I just want it fresh and springy. I'm terrified of having too much white in the comforter. I wouldn't be opposed to yellow! Any ideas? I found possibilities on Overstock and I'm looking at target now.

We alternate between a down comforter in the winter and one of these quilts in the summer. I've been very very happy with them over the last 5 years.
I usually buy them in the outlet though. But the quality is awesome. And they come with a nice story.

I would get something that highlights the mint color on your dresser.

The paint is Glidden's Warm gray flannel but we had it color matched in Behr ONE. Its very relaxing.
It's not mint. It's frosted glass with white behind it. It does photograph mint though. Weird.
I've been looking at Target but I'm very upset because I would buy this in a second but it's out of stock and not sold in stores. I love all the color and I know I can make it work. Oh and it is a comforter but I'd be ok with it. They have the quilt in stock
I also like this but it's only sold in twin and my husband would hate it.
This might be a possibility.
I love yellow.
And this apricot is ok but I don't see it working.
